| - This is still so flabberghasting to me that it is hard to fathom even as I sit and write it. I went into buy a car with a blank slate, leaning towards the Rav 4, but willing to check out other options. The salesperson got the key to test drive the Rav 4 and at that time I pointed to 2 others and said I wouldn't mind driving them as well (a Scion and something else). The man, I KID YOU NOT, says and I quote, "I'm sorry, I can't help you. You can't drive 3 different vehicles. It looks like I don't know what I'm doing to my boss, because I haven't profiled you correctly." My response, "Then I guess I have to go?" He replies, "Ok." And walks away!! WHAT?? Granted, I haven't bought a car in 4 years, but WHAT?? I left and will NEVER go back there. They weren't even slightly busy, so I am again, still shocked at the poorest display of customer service I have experienced in a long time.
