  • TERRIBLE. That is putting things nicely. My roommate and I moved in during the summer and when we got there our apartment smelled a little weird. We opened up the windows, lit candles, and cleaned everything but nothing helped. The smell got worse by the day. Three days later the police showed up and we found out that the neighbor below us was dead in his apartment for at least a week? They removed the body but didn't have anyone come remove the contaminated furniture where he passed or clean up any messes for over a week. They were not in a rush and were not accommodating when it came to making our living situation better. We both had to stay at friends and families houses during this time because the smell was unbearable. Shortly after that incident we had another neighbor of ours finally get evicted and had his property possessed due to him not paying his bills and breaking the law. They were filthy and drug dealers bringing traffic through the complex at all hours of the day and night. It was very sketchy. Walls are paper thin- I could hear a baby crying and screaming all day every day next door to me and it was difficult to get any good sleep. Parking is a JOKE!!! You get one spot per unit and they have limited guest parking. If you got home passed 9 you were screwed. You would have to park behind the apartment complex in a neighborhood and then jump the fence or walk all the way around to get in since they kept the back gates locked. My roommates boyfriend got his car towed from our complex before and a window bashed out and broken into on a separate occasion. Management staff is rude and snarky and have no sense of organization or background in customer service. I could not wait until my 1year lease was up!! I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!
