  • Safe Harbor was a terrible choice for my interlock system. My interlock system locked my car becasue it was faulty and it took me a week to get it into the tecnician adn then they tried to charge me $600 when it was their equipment that was faulty. And each day I didn't take it in, they tacked on an additional charge. I would NEVER reccommend anyone using this company. Go anywhere else. I ended up having them remove the system and went to someone else that provided much better service to me.
