  • For my 100th review, I decided to choose a place that I truly enjoyed, and will make sure to make it a yearly event. I will break this down by several different factors, and hope this review is helpful in deciding whether to go or not. Décor: As you walk into FDC, it feels very upscale, with a nice bar on the left near the waiting area. The restaurant looks like you should be dressed up a little more than just casual, and technically you should, but some have gone in shorts and a tank top. There is a ton of seating, and the staff are all dressed for the Brazilian theme. Food: OK THE FOOD IS AMAZING. I wish that could be all that is needed to state, but I will make sure to kinda explain what is really good. All the steak is perfectly seasoned, and is almost like butter melting in your mouth. The sausage is pretty good as well, and I sadly am not the biggest fan of the chicken here. I think it can be overcooked at times, but luckily you can ask the staff for a less cooked option. They also have an amazing cold food bar with fruit, salads, and other options. Service: The servers are all amazing people. They ensure you have a wonderful time during your visit, and constantly ensure you get anything you need. You don't have to worry about waiting to flag down your server, they all work together, and the staff seems very happy. Overall: I want to thank the staff at FDC, they have a lifelong customer as long as I can come down there. The food, service, and drinks will always have me coming back. If you want an amazing experience, with food to match, then please come enjoy yourself. Just please make sure you wear the appropriate attire for this place.
