  • Won't come back after hearing the stylists gossip about the previous customer bringing his elderly mother to get her hair cut. Ladies do not judge unless you know the situation. Absolutely disgusted. I actually liked my previous stylist, but won't come back after that horrible behavior. And people wonder why customer service is lacking.
