  • This was my first visit and it will be my last also. My wife and I ordered 3 small plates, one of the plates was the mac & cheese. The server warned me that this item is just like Kraft macaroni & cheese from the box. I could not believe a restaurant of this quality with a real chef would serve such a thing. My mistake, I was served Kraft macaroni & cheese. Any restaurant that does not pay much attention to the small details is making a mistake. In the case of Blue Wasabi it would be a smart move to remove this item from the menu. It certainly has given me a reason to not give them any more of my business. On the plus side, our server was very good at her job, I should have listened to her.
