  • Zero star. Came here for a convention so booked for the convenience. Agreed with nickname of Worstgate. They wanted you to valet park when checking in by only has 4 reserved spots. So you have to drag your luggage and all for 4 blocks just to check in if you don't have someone dropping you off. It took forever to get us checked in on a Saturday 9pm to only found out that someone was in our room, so back we went in line AGAIN, and took them FOREVER to get us another room. Room is not updated. Water spigot needs replacement. Room is ultra dark, like they are trying to hide how dirty it might be. Need electrical upgrade for your electronics. WiFi is a pain to use, with their 3 verifications "codes". Housekeeping is the worst, and won't even pick up when called. Not crazy with the food prices. They do however, have a very nice gym. So maybe do deserve the 1 star. Our stay at the next door, Hilton Grand Vacation Club was much more pleasant.
