  • There was a mix up on Saturday and I thought my Massage was at 7pm but it was at 6pm. They charged me as a no show, but they were able to get me in at 7pm. Rhonda was amazing!! I will definitely see her again. The front desk was ok....Jacob (I believe his name was) was just a body there. He looked at me with a blank look like he had no idea what he was doing and he was not helpful at all! The little red head girl was helpful and explained to me the manager voided the no show charge. The next day I looked at my account and I was still charged. I called the store on Monday morning at 9:30am to talk to a manager about this. I was told that the manager would be in at 10am and she would give me a call....well I have YET to receive a call from the manager and it's now Tuesday at 5pm. This location is a joke...I would only go back to see Rhonda, but other then that no one there has good customer service.
