The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Charges that do not apply to your bill, when you bundle DirectTV they never give you the credits from DIrect TV. DIrect TV issues the credits, sends you and email and Century LInk does not apply them. I have had this same number and been a customer since 1982 and they are so RUDE, to boot I have never been late on my bill. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to another carrier. Disconnecting service today.
