  • Chose to bring our angel to see his fave the awesome minions!! While this being our first time coming to this theatre we chose a matinee to beat the crowd & thankfully so because there were plenty of seats to choose from. Overall this location is very well kept so why then for the one star, plain & simple, I have zero tolerance for poor customer service!! Our son has cerebral palsy & can get bored & restless quickly, so when that tends to happen he likes watching something on his phone. While he was minding his own with zero volume the little girl walking the aisle said turn off asap!! Went to manager who wasn't that much older & said there's zero tolerance for cellphone usage, fair enough but my son wasn't on the cellphone making a call. If you mean electronics then state that clearly, don't state cellphones. There were about 20 people in the theatre but even if there were 200, I simple don't care we are also paying customers & my son wasn't bothering anyone at this serious glued to the screen G rated movie!! Will never be back!!
