I also had the misfortune of dealing with Blue Streak Couriers for a Wayfair order. My story is the same. They couldn't deliver as promised. No one cared or bothered to offer a resolution to the issue. My delivery was scheduled 8-12 AM. I called in the morning to find out the status since I was also taking time off work and was told they would be there in the morning. I was told we were actually scheduled as the 15th delivery. Now it would be 1-5 PM instead; but, of course, no one contacted me to inform me of this. Apparently I was supposed to take the entire day off to account for their incompetence. I was informed both the manager and the owner were there during my call, but neither cared to offer a resolution. I will also NEVER do business with this company, or Wayfair as long as they use this service. I experienced a complete lack of competence and courtesy. It was unbelievable.
