| - It might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Arrived at 2:30pm to be told by the front desk that check-in was 3pm sharp and no exceptions. The front desk worker said that although she had previously let people check in she would not break the rules today. Walked out side and sat in my car waiting the 30 minutes, within 10 minutes I noticed another worker at the front desk checking people in and went in to check in. I checked in and asked why I had to wait the 10 minutes when I was told no exceptions. No response. In the 24 hours I stayed at the property. Their were no keys for the room, toilet overflowed, cable stopped working on the TV, dirty carpet, the hotel smelled, no fridge, no wifi, and a dirty green pool. The maintenance worker informed us on one of his many visits to our room, that the property used to be nice and that a feud between family members separated the properties of the Ramada and Wyndham. The Ramada is a nicer hotel he said and that this hotel was originally supposed to be closed in March so renovations could be completed at the Wyndham. Why do I or should I care? I just want a clean room and good service. Do not ever stay here, rude employees, horrible service and an even worse product.
