She asked you a question, you looked at her like you were bothered, then when you saw me, you still rudely responded, with that unkind snappiness... WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? WE HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE SINCE THE DAY THIS PLACE OPENED! Why be unkind!? Why? What purpose does it serve?
