It is so unfortunate that the Sam's Club in Madison Wisconsin is closed, which then brought us to Costco. This was my second time actually in the store the first time I only went to get rotisserie chicken so it was straight shot in and out. This time however I had a grocery list of items to pick up. The store was packed similar to the last time I was there. As I looked at the tops of the beginning of each aisle searching for the list of items I could find in each aisle, I noticed one major difference between Sam's and Costco. Costco has no signs telling you where what is or where you can find any item. I spent over an hour looking for milk and eggs and meats and melons and alfredo sauce and wheat and white bread and crackers. That was absolutely ridiculous. I would have preferred Costco to have closed then Sam's. Not because of the customer service, not because of the location, not because of the membership price, simply because if you don't know the store you definitely won't learn the store buy aimlessly walking around thank heavens I was not in an emergency needing anyting. I probably will not return to the store.
