  • I called EZ Flow Plumbing this morning after reading so many great reviews on Yelp. The answering service took my information and told me I would receive a call within 30 minutes. Scott called 11 minutes later, took time to understand my plumbing problem (leaking water heater), then told me someone would come out between noon and 4 pm. Rich came to our home and was very courteous. He looked at our water heater and explained our options. We chose to have him replace our leaking water heater with a new one. The work was done well, Rich explained what maintenance we should do, and even took the time to make sure we understood our warranty. We had our new water heater running in time to prepare dinner. Great service and neat work. I will definitely recommend EZ Flow Plumbing to anyone.
