rev:text	I usually avoid giving negative reviews, but unfortunately Arizona Discount Movers has had plenty of time to make this right, but has chosen not to. I used ADM to move from Lake Havasu to east valley Phoenix on June 24th and they did a decent job. They were mostly on time, and loaded everything fairly quickly. Unfortunately, once at my destination, they set my pool table on a snall furniture dolly on its side , breaking the side panel, the side rail, and cracking the slate...basically completely destroying the table. The movers took note of it, wrote it on my receipt, and a day later I received an email with the claim form. July 1st, I sent a detailed email with the claim form, and pictures of the damage. A month later I sent an email inquiring about the status of my claim...no response. A week after that I called and someone in the office took my number, and said they would call me back. That was last week, and I haven't heard from them. I would avoid this company unless you have no other alternative. UPDATE: I find it interesting that after filing my claim, I had no response to calls and emails until after I posted my negative review. After giving ADM 2 stars, they were very quick to want to get the matter resolved, or so it appeared. Due to my poor cell reception, I emailed Jay asking if we could continue the claims process via email. I got an affirmative response, and no contact since, until today. I have since replaced my pool table. This issue should not have taken months to resolve, especially since they have had the claims forms since July 1st. Updating review to 1/5 stars.
