  • I'm writing this review to let residential neighborhoods know how wonderful this team is and how great their internet is. First, Jen from the customer service team that books the installation appointments is the best employee I've ever seen by far. I've been a business manager for 14 years before becoming an owner and I assure you if I could've had employees half as competent, hard working and caring as Jen I'd be retired by now. She even worked to help me, happily, on her day off!? Can you believe that? She's truly a rock star employee. Also, Paul De Le Torre was my installer. He was prompt, professional, hard working and an honor to meet. He taught me how to get the most out of our WiFi and I'm just stunned at how great and hard working everyone has been at LVnet. I hate to change businesses I use so I hope this is the beginning of a lifelong customer to you guys in me. Thanks again Jen and Paul for going above and beyond today for me
