  • Hello, I purchased the $13 carwash, after going thru the wash. I am very disappointed in the results. I now have water spots and Soap all over my brand new truck I purchased 2 days ago. After telling your car wash employee and asking him what he thinks about it, his exact words were, well maybe u need to buy another wash and walked away to dry another car. I went to the same employee and said I didn't like how he was treating me and that I would like his name. He told me it's none of your business. I am working good bye. I told the employee that I want his boss right now. He said go online, goodbye sir and wave his hand in my face I had never had such bad customer service like this before. Don't get me wrong. I love your car wash and been coming here since it reopened but after this complaint and with spots all over, I will never come back. Very disappointed in how your employees treat your customers. I want either my money back or a car wash. Either way if u are unwilling to help me, I will get a attorney involve.
