  • Came in here once to grab my girlfriend some new shoes. Not once was I approached by a representative for assistance. After she picked out a pair I browsed the store to see if I can find some Nikes that I saw on their website. I asked a representative if they had them in stock he snickered , didn't even check just repeated what I had asked for in condescending tone and said no. I walked away the guy is talking smack about how I'm asking for some lame shoes and I should just kill myself. Now I'm not asking him about Astrophysics , I'm asking about shoes cause I'm in a shoe store. Just horrible customer service don't waste your time or money. If you will be buying at WSS go to a better location.
