  • Can't say enough good things about the gym and the coaches. I have been a member of several neighbourhood gyms over the last 10 years, and have never been challenged or motivated to push harder than I am at Blast, which I joined recently. The coaching staff are incredible motivators, and the attention to detail that they show alone would be worth joining the gym. However, its the way that the coaches and the classes challenge you to hit that extra gear you didn't know you had, (and want to keep hitting it again and again) that's what makes Blast truly special. The gym is in an old warehouse, and what it lacks in frills it overwhelmingly makes up for in substance. If you're wiling to work hard, then you'll fit right in at Blast. The value that the classes offer for what you get is an absolute bargain, and there is incredible variety of classes to chose from. You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain by contacting Marv (the owner) to find out more, and have him help you with your fitness goals.
