  • Our stay was lovely, but we were egregiously overcharged. We were billed for a suite (which we didn't stay in), 2 breakfasts (which we never ordered), and half the minibar (which we didn't take). The hotel management was incredibly unhelpful and would only give us a partial refund - not the kind of service I was hoping for in such a nice hotel. It's too bad because the hotel is great- but I will somewhere else next time!
