  • ive popped into quince flowers twice now and not bought anything. and not because i didnt want to. it feels tropical and festive in there. its flush with beautiful displays, cactii, large plants, dry flowers, interesting pots, small plants and a fridge full of vibrantly coloured flowers. as you walk up to the side street entrance, they have it lined with large vases, and other cool plant accesories. both times i went in there were two different sets of staff. the first time, it was two men, and the second two women. all four were very welcoming, and knowledgeable...so much so that i tried to describe a plant i bought somewhere in east chinatown and they were able to give me a name for it which to be expected was not available when i got it. i also asked them how to take care of a particular plant which i had my own version of at home and they were delighted not only to tell me how, but to also give me the tag that was tied to the gargantuan lovely one they had in the store for me to take home. Each plant that is there has a large tag on it with its name, care instructions and price written on it and they are very easy to read. i will come back here the next time need a bouquet and/or an addition to my own little jungle at home.
