  • DONT DO IT!!! I used Key Mgmt from 2009-2011 as a RENTER, moving from MN. Carpets were filthy. They assured me would be clean upon occupancy. NOT! Arrived with moving truck to filthy carpets which I had to have cleaned and submit for reimbursement. Very, very poor communication. Used Key Mgmt 2014 as owner. Poor, poor communication with lies and politically correct responses. Once contract signed, service ends. NOTHING but problems, lies and frustrations. Selling house, done with Key. TerriAnne (Terri), Alison, Lilly, Vinny. Remember those names and RUN...!!!! Seriously! They are paid 10% of monthly rent for nothing in return. Be prepared to be your own Property Manager if you choose this company.
