  • I give a star only because I have no choice in order to leave a message. I set an appt for my daughter online through your website and she waited over 2 hrs after having an appointment and ended up leaving. I called to complaint and all your operator said was that the estimated appointment time was just that. Not a guarantee. Horrible horrible service.
