  • First of all, the installer was a great guy. Very friendly and got the job done in no time. The issue here is the product. I had a windshield replaced and the new windshield has several flaws. It is NOT even close to factory quality. In fact it appears to be a factory second or a reject. Safelite had been informed of the issue but has done nothing to date. A BBB complaint yielded a number for ME to contact THEM. It's a shame a company with this reputation for fast and friendly service (which they did) would not accept that they installed a sub-standard product.
