Run for the hills like everyone else said, unfortunately I have 5 months left in my lease and am stuck at this point. The front staff does not care to help any one. Example #1: just recently I did not have Internet access to pay rent by the last day so jumped online the next morning and was a charged a $40+ late fee, mind you i have never been late in 6+ months, walked into the office to see if there was a way they can reverse the fee, front desk lady that knows nothing told me no without even thinking for 1 second about it, asked her to have the manager give me a call to see if I have any chance. Again mind you I walked in at 4 pm pacific, got a call from the front desk lady (not a manager) at 515 and told me "yep I was right, we can not reverse the charge, you have 45 minutes to bring in a money order before we close or you have another late fee. GREAT customer service now that my bank is closed and cannot do such a thing. So I had the pleasure of bringing them my rent plus $50+ in late fees for their AWESOME customer service phone call an hour and 15 minutes after I asked them to call me. I can go on and on about this place but this was the straw that broke the camels back! Ohh and i wouldnt waste your time trying to call for information or questions as a residence, i was told they dont answer the phones and will get back to any messages in a day or 2!! But just know RUN FOR THE HILLS!! !!
