This is a real Japanese buffet with sushi, but this restaurant does not get enough business. I came here on a Saturday night, at 7:00 pm. Not sure if people just have better things to do on a Saturday night, but I almost wanted to turn around and walk out the door. In the whole restaurant, there was one other table of people. More customers did not walk in the door until about 8.
Because of this, the food sits at the buffet, becoming cold and unappealing. I actually spit out some of the food for that very reason. We were there until 8:30 pm, and not once did they change out the frog legs. I know, I was watching it. Sushi did not taste fresh either. In fact, some of it tasted frozen.
What a pity.
