PROS: Authentic Jamaican cuisine with an organic twist. Food was very well seasoned. Waitress (Christian) was knowledgeable and funny. Drinks were visually stunning, strong and delicious. Rum is the ONLY liquor they offer but they have eclectic drink recipes that will please everyone in your party (I myself am a Bourbon and Vodka girl). Lots of buzz and great energy in the bar area.
CONS: I made reservations a week in advance for a team dinner. I specifically chose this place for two out of four people in my party (one being myself) to have the curry goat, only to be told that the farmer they usually source ther goats from, was simply out of goats and therefore, they hadnt had goat on the menu for months. I informed our waitress that they should take this item off the website and menu. Furthermore, it is Business 101 to Only use one supplier. One of the persons in my party is Apache Indian and said they have tons of goats. Quite frankly we were both dumb-founded. I ordered a second dish to go... and was also told I was lucky because they don't allow TO GO orders because they cant guarantee the food quality once it leaves the establishment but they would "allow it" since I had already eaten there. To that I say again, "I'm dumbfounded." Guess you wont be able to order on UberEats, Post-mates, etc.
