  • Worst experience ever. We went to Vegas for 6 days and where flying back home with Spirit. God I wish I read reviews before booking with them. 2 hours before our flight home we got a email that our flight is canceled. We went to the airport still because we needed to get home that night due to baby sitter not being available she couldn't stay longer. I got the most disrespect there, she said no (when people on same flight were getting booked to go same day on different flight before and after us) and she was like to bad I already put you guys for tomorrow (excuse me, why the heck am I getting out for tomorrow if I bought for today) anyways she gave us $7 voucher for food only at airport. I can only get a drink for $7 at the airport. And they booked us the most crappiest hotel without air conditioner for 112 degrees weather. Witch we went and purchased our own hotel because it was so dirty and smelly and in addition so hot with no ac. I called them and got hung up on also when I told them my situation. They are the worst airline possible. Please save your money and don't purchase with them. They might seem the cheapest but they charge you even for carry on bags $59 and $52 for regular bag when delta carry on is free and regular is $25. So your not saving anything. Please don't fly with them....
