  • This place has a lot of cheap furniture to choose from, and I think the salespeople are friendly as long as they know they can get a sale out of you. After you've purchased, though, forget about it. Every single interaction I've had with a salesperson or customer service person since I placed my order has been bad--no one ever calls back, they don't meet their delivery estimates, they constantly make mistakes, no follow-up. Seriously, no one cares about you here. The salesperson said we could get a certain mattress in a full size and neglected to tell us it only came in an 8 inch, when we asked for a 12 inch. So when they delivered it, we realized immediately it wasn't the same as the one we had lain on at the store. We sent it back. This combined with multiple negative interactions with people at the store lead me to call and request my delivery fee back, as we'd also had a bunk bed delivered, but now I realized I would have to go elsewhere to order a mattress. Because they refunded the delivery fee, I decided I wouldn't leave them a bad review. However, we were just attempting to put the new mattress on, and to do so, we needed to remove the bunk bed ladder. The men who installed it threaded the screws terribly and completely stripped them and we literally cannot get the ladder off to put the mattress and support board in. This is the crappy service that just keeps on keeping on long after you place your furniture order. I will never make another purchase at Pruitt's again no matter how cheap their furniture is. You get what you pay for.
