Jacksons gave me just about the worst car wash I've ever seen today.
1. They scratched my year-old Jeep in two places, maybe three. I grant one of them could be old.
2. I'm not sure they bothered to vacuum the insides of the vehicle at all.
3. There are dirt smears inside from an abysmally low-effort cleaning job.
4. They didn't even bother to shake out my floor mats, much less wipe them with anything.
5. There's still dust all over the dashboard and passenger side doors, in easy to reach places. Like, this is stuff that is not hard to reach with a rag.
Jacksons, why did I bother paying for the 2nd tier of your washing service if you didn't even do the bare minimum to wash my vehicle. If I just wanted to get the outside wet and not actually clean the thing I'd spray it with a hose myself and save $18.00.
I would have stayed there and ask them at least to try to dust the jeep again but the oil change and car wash combination took an hour and forty minutes total, enough that I was running late and couldn't really inspect the vehicle right then and there.
I don't believe in trashing a place's reputation unjustly. I will say that the staff I spoke with was professional and pleasant; even the stereotypically pushy windshield-replacement salesman that stalks the pull-in area. But somewhere along the line my car was scratched and certainly not cleaned well and I'm very unhappy overall.
I can't see why I'd ever recommend this place to anyone considering my initial experience.
