  • Worst experience I have ever had in any customer oriented place of business.. Sales man was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered finishing my visit there by walking outside yelling at me for wasting his time.. From the conversation going from you don't need navigation you have a smart phone to we don't have that color so you have to choose a different one to yelling because I wasted his time.. I thought they were there to help if not then they need another job.. As a professional over multiple staff members I was appalled that I was treated the was I was.. The general manager did call me later to try to fix situation so I commend him.. If his sales managers and sales people were anything like him they wouldn't be able to keep cars on the lot unfortunately one bad experience can form the way someone thinks about your business.. I will not be doing business there and think they should all be coached on how to treat people if they don't want to loose 25-30 thousand dollar sales
