  • I am going to write the review that I wish I had read before coming. I called to schedule a facial and told the person that I was coming in for a relaxing, skin brightening facial. She booked me with April, and I set my appointment. It seems that April gives a more clinical facial. The chair was a stark vinyl with cracked sides. I was given the usual towel wrap and hair wrap but nothing else. There is no set of sheets or larger towel over you unless you ask. I had expected the soft sheets and blankets that you usually get in a spa setting. This felt more like a doctor's appointment. April said that she prefers a set up where she can wipe everything down. It was quite awkward to just sit there in the wrap when you've arrived expecting a relaxing experience. She got a blanket from another room and mentioned that "Shelly" does that kind of set up. Mental note, book Shelly next time.
