Love this place. Handmade fresh noodles and dumplings that I never expected to find in pittsburgh. My preference is for the "dry" noodles, meaning noodles that are not in a soup or broth. I like the dry dan tsu noodles and the minced pork noodles. Soup dumplings are a must but should ideally be eaten at the restaurant. The pork belly slider is good but humongous, not really an appetizer. Could literally eat here every day.
