  • I'm infuriated !!!! I understand there is a local deal that states that if you show your id , you'll get four tickets for your family . I actually did just that and did in fact received 4 tickets on Monday . I showed up with three other adults and I showed only my id and we were fine. I made my family aware of the event, they go on Saturday (mom , uncle, aunt) . For some reason they ask for individual ID , and because my uncle and aunt just moved from Cali , they don't have local Id, they didn't want to honor the promotion to my mother. My mother handed the phone to a "lizette" and she didn't bother to hear my frustration, nor was she trying to solve the issue. I made her aware of my incident in comparison to my moms and she didn't evdn care. She said "i didn't give you the tickets" as if she and her fellow co workers weren't a team. As a local, this is Pety to even make a big deal about, but her attitude , just made it as big as it can be. I work at the Bellagio Front desk/Group desk, and never have i given anyone the horrible customer service she gave me. No I will most certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone!
