  • I didn't have a good experience with travel agent Nadian Powell. I wasn't able to go to my cousins wedding due to unforeseen circumstances. When I asked for my security deposit she was stating that it was non refundable yet it did not mention that in any of the forms and the invoice. She knew she was wrong and kept on stalling on what to do. I asked her when she would give me back the money and her vague response was "I'll figure it out". She didn't take the initiative to call me back which lead me to continuing to call her to find out what was going on with my money. Once I got a hold of her she kept saying the bride would give me the money directly instead of the company which I disagreed. Finally I got a hold of her manager and she said she would give my money back since no where did it say non refundable. Long story short I did not like Nadian Powell attitude and her lack of communication with me. As well, I got no apologies from her or the company on their mistake. If they apologized and gave a solution right away I wouldn't be irritated but I did not like how Nadian Powell kept stalling and giving me excuses instead of giving my money back. I would not recommend Nadian Powell as a travel agent.
