| - This company is awful. They were the delivery partner through all modern (wayfair). One delivery was for my bedroom set. I paid the extra 70 bucks for them to come set it up. They scheduled my delivery for a Wednesday between 1 and 5pm. Never showed up. I called and called with no answer. Finally around 6pm someone answers the phone, puts me on hold for ten minutes and comes back saying they contacted the driver who is already home and there's no reason why he didn't deliver it, it must not have been on the truck. I let it go, ask to reschedule, they can't get it delivered until the following Monday. Monday rolls around, nobody shows between 1 and 5, go through the same song and dance only this time when I finally get ahold of someone they say the driver was lost and will be on his way. They get here at 630pm, spend two hours and couldn't even put it together. They were literally putting the pieces on backwards so once my husband got home he put it together and sent them on their way at 9pm.
Unfortunately another one of my items from allmodern was arriving separately. This time they called to set a delivery Monday between 1 and 5, didn't show up. I call to reschedule, they schedule it for Tuesday same time. Nobody shows up. I couldn't get ahold of them and had to call their national call center. She said someone would call me, nobody did. Finally get ahold of someone and they say they lost my package and they will call me when they locate it. It's been two days, no call. I just called them and they said I guess we will just order a replacement. I called all modern and had them refund me and suggested they find a different company to assist them with the Las Vegas area.
This place has zero customer service and no courtesy whatsoever. They don't answer the phone, have no answers or accountability when they do answer the phone, and lose packages and don't return calls.
