  • My Mom was transferred for Emergency surgery on her spine from Henderson Hospital. We are very pleased with our experience at Valley. Doctor Kaplan probably saved my Mom's life. The nurses seem to go above and beyond in their care for my Mother. All issues were immediately addressed and the staff were amazing. Though technology and hospital rooms seem to be outdated, compared to Henderson Hospital, everything worked. Parking was easy and close to All the entrances of the Hospital. We were in the ER and were allowed to stay with my Mom as long as we wanted and even had her own room through out her 7 day stay. She was allowed visitors to come and go at all hours. She didn't complain about meals and was extremely Happy to be there. Even telling the surgical staff ,"Thank you for the wonderful experience" ;lol Now my Mom is at a rehabilitation center recovering. Thank you Valley Hospital.
