  • It's been several years from my initial review and I've become obsessed with this place. Every trip to Las Vegas I try to stop by Island Sushi. The key is to go late at night so that parking and getting a table is pretty easy. I love the ayce offerings. Its pretty much everything on the menu, including the daily specials. The only items it doesn't allow is sashimi. You can get soups, salads, appetizers, sushi rolls, entrees, and desserts. There is no way you can leave here hungry! My favorite items are the garlic edamame, 007, and mona loa. Today they also had an apple cobbler for dessert which was fantastic! The service is always wonderful and you can tell they genuinely want to see you satisfied and happy. Definitely recommend checking this place out...YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
