  • Although the process was pretty quick, the service seemed .... fake. I went in with my husband who wanted a used truck because his truck was on its last leg. At first everyone seemed very nice and like they wanted to help but not pushy. Mick helped us. In the beginning being very nice but once I started saying what we were willing to pay and work at he seemed almost annoyed. He was constantly on his phone and walking away, he even left early leaving us with a different sales guy before we were completely done. They are only getting 3 stars because the 2 people that were really friendly in the whole deal were the 2nd sales guy and the finance guy, Edwardo.
