If I had my way, I would give this place zero stars. The section exactly: the Language Assessment Centre. They have no regard for people's time. This YMCA has wasted 10 hours of my life and $20 of my hard earned money with transportation costs. They cannot give the requirements of a french assessment properly. Communication is key and the lack thereof has led to me wasting three trips -two of which were scheduled on weekends where the TTC was not working on the Bloor Line. They expect the public to read between the lines with what they say. What bugs me with places like this is their customer service structure. Rules are rules : YES but when you have wasted 10 hours of my life and expect me to return to your office for a fourth - that is just ridiculous. The supervisor was so relentless to be flexible given my circumstance. It goes without saying that, even if a service is offered for free, that does not give you the right to push me around. I immensely dislike your organization and will only have bad things to say about it going forward in the future. Word of Mouth is one of the most important marketing methods.
