  • Very disappointed today, went to the Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls location and got a four piece chicken strip basket with onion rings instead of fries. Not only did they charge me the onion rings, but didn't give me any onion rings AND no side AT ALL plus only three chicken strips. I pay more to get what I order and get less than what the regular meal would have been. Almost seven bucks for three chicken strips and a piece of bread... Never going here again.
