  • I called and spoke with Armen Vartanian regarding some properties in Desert Shores. While asking questions, he's scoffing, interrupting, and being downright rude the entire time. I ask questions about some policies and his answer is "I don't know". I ask about the pet policy and he said "I don't know-- but if you have more than one he'll probably raise your rent." Ok? Is that not what pet deposits are for? Didn't know I'd pay more each month for a cat AND a small dog to live there, fascinating! He was so completely horrible on the phone. I felt dumbfounded by how rude certain things could be said in such a short phone convo. Armen, if you read this: considering you're meant to work with people, you might not wanna be a dick on the phone and do your job-- sell! Ego trips aren't very helpful in the realtor business when you're so rude people don't even want to talk to you. Yeah... Won't be working with this company if this is the kind of people they employ!
