  • For service: To start, I didn't even receive a greeting. I strolled inside and waited until someone finally acknowledged me. Also, I don't know why I even made an appointment. My advisor didn't even know I was coming. He was very overwhelmed with work so I got passed to somebody else. I had to give all of my information again that I already set in my appointment. Oil change took about 1.5 hours. Overall, my car got done. But no sort of customer satisfaction. Will go elsewhere for service.
