  • Paradise Carpet Cleaning is basically a guy named George. This is to your advantage. You don't have to deal with a scheduler double-booking your technician. You don't have to deal with the overhead associated with a big company. Instead, you have George, and his van, and that's it. George keeps things simple. Steam cleaning has a set price of 20 cents/square foot. He measures out the carpeted space, and boom, that's your rate. He also takes 10% off for just mentioning Yelp, so that's a big deal too. He took care of my space and had it looking fantastic, he was able to squeeze me in on just the day I needed him, and he was a genuinely nice guy who didn't try to upsell or put any pressure on. He was on time, did the job well, and charged a more-than-fair price. I really like working with "just a guy" like George. I know what I'm getting and he took care of things.
