  • Dropped my car off Thursday evening for an inspection. No call to update me on the status; decide around 2:00 to call and see what is the status of the inspection. Car not yet completed, new computer system has caused confusion; okay I understand and am told he'll call when it's completed. 5:00(service center closes at 6:00). I call again and am informed car is completed. Great I'll be right over. At the service desk checkout and now informed that car did not pass inspection. Ok wish I'd have known this during the process but nothing I can do now but schedule to have it done. They changed to oil and rotated the tires for $122.00. While driving home the check oil light keeps beeping and flashing and I'm praying I get home in time. Sure enough the oil tank is empty and the cap and shield are not on the car. Needless to say they will be getting an earful on Monday and I'll be getting a refund. This is not the first time that I've been less than happy with this group but it sure and hell will be the last time I use them.
