A group of us stopped in after dinner. The place looks nice, a little tight but that's ok. We waited for a host or someone to seat us, the bartender called over to tell us we can sit anywhere, he was nice.
We sat in the back, it took a while for the server to come over and when she did she seemed annoyed. Grace did not offer a greeting or introduction just "Are you ready to order?", We asked for a minute to look at the menu and she walked away without a suggestion or acknowledgement. When Grace returned she did not offer friendly interaction or any words, she just stared at us until I offered my order and the others followed. I felt like I was at DMV at 4:59 on a Friday. When we received our drinks they were placed on the table and we each had to claim the drink we ordered. After our first round, we sat with empty glasses waiting to place another order. When she came back to the table it was last call. She never smiled and our whole group commented on how unfriendly she was.
The young man in the humidor was friendly and professional. They have a nice selection of cigars and the prices are what is expected in a place like this.
Our drinks were well crafted with nice presentation.
I hope the management takes a look at the customer service offered from their lounge server. Everyone else in the place seemed to understand the importance of making the guests feel welcome. I love cigar bars, and this is a nice one but I don't know if I will return and take the chance of getting the same server.
