This is my first time at this location and I typically go to Honda of Concord for my service since that's where I purchased my car. Their check in process needs ALOT of improvement.
1. Once you pull up your car -you are greeted and then told to process inside to be checked in.
2. Then you are arbitrarily waiting for an associate to assist--however when you make your appt you are giving and told the person to see--this should be changed bc it doesn't make a difference to me as a customer not to Priority Honda so why even have that option. The waiting arbitrarily is what I have an issue with-this seems quite silly. Honda of Concord has a better system in place that makes it seamless where you don't have to hope that you are next up to check in and cause an issue/confusion.
3. Once you are checked in you can have a seat in lobby. Here's a positive: bigger waiting room however as far as beverages other than coffee, forget it.
I gave two stars to this location for a couple of reasons:
1. When I called for an appointment I had to call again bc the line mysteriously hung up. Then once someone answered they just assumed I would take a shuttle somewhere instead of asking if I was planning to wait....ummm it's an oil change nothing major lady.
2. Again that arbitrarily waiting for an associate-seemed as if everyone was busy pushing papers and nonsense. I can say that more than twice I was acknowledged that someone will be with me --third time would be a charm and then ONE STAR rating. I'm certain whatever they were doing could take another two mins.
3. The amenities area could use attention, meaning cleaning up the mess ppl so kindly leave behind bc they are raised in a barn.
