  • Burnt food, Horrible service ! We used to love this place so much that after doing 6 weeks Raw Fitness diet program, this was the first place we ate. Utterly disappointed! Firstly, we ordered 2 Miyagi burgers & both came out BURNT! Yes, literally burnt whereas we requested it medium rare. I took an effort to inform the server that the food is burnt.. she barely stopped for few seconds to listen to me & her reply was "sorry, we are busy today so the food could be bit off"..... BIT OFF??... It was 'burnt' for God sake... she just brushed it off as if I am making a big deal of it. Cmon! I am a foodie.. I Love my food so if it's burnt, it does bother me.... especially if i am spending $16 on a damn burger. Just think, Gordon Ramsey's Burgr bar at PH has an awesome Hell's Kitchen burger at $14 with exceptional service & ideal location. Why should I ever spend more to eat a Burnt burger with horrible service & who-cares attitude of the server? I will be reporting this incident to their manager tomorrow. Let's see if he can do something to get my confidence back in this place. Btw, I am not even highlighting other service issue like no one filling my water glass for 20 minutes until I waved my hand 5 times...server talking to me while walking & not even caring to stop to listen to me...inspite of their App saying 10% off on the bill if you download the app, the server refused to honor it even when I clearly showed it to her..
