  • This guy is legit. Very thorough and will explain things like the fact that there are different types of glass that you can use to replace iPhones and iPads with. He actually worked on my phone that I had taken somewhere else to have the glass replaced. The phone was never the same until I took it to pod drop. The *other* place had potentially used a lower quality glass replacement. Or just didn't line the sensors up correctly when doing the install. Whatever it was, the guy at pod drop was kind enough to test out whether putting on a higher quality screen would fix the problems. 30min later, it was back to running perfectly again! No more dead spots! No more weird, random shuffling between apps (somehow this was also fixed by the new glass). He even discovered that my front microphone had been damaged so he fixed that while he was taking my phone apart. So awesome. His prices are right in line with what other repair shops were quoting but he could def charge more. He doesn't take chances on your beloved apple product :)
